The product will be returned or exchanged only in the following cases:
1) There is a manufacturing defect in the product.
2) The product arrives damaged.
3) If the product does not conform to specifications and standards.
4) The product does not conform to the description mentioned on the site (changing the label or version by the company is not included in the products that are subject to return or exchange)
Important warnings:
1) Payment method fees will be deducted if the product/order is returned.
In other cases, the product cannot be returned or exchanged because the products we sell are related to care, hygiene and health. In order to preserve the safety of the product that you are purchasing, we at Badr International do not accept to sell you returned or exchanged products in order to preserve your health and safety.
